Alberto Celani

Alberto Celani, PhD in Architecture Built Environment and Construction Engineering, Phd European Label. Master of Science in Management of Built Environment and Bachelor of Science in Management Engineering (Logistics and Manufacturing).

Press card holder since 2009 (Ordine dei Giornalisti della Lombardia elenco pubblicisti). Actually he is partner at BRaVe M&T Politecnico di Milano University Spin Off operating in the Real Estate sector.

He is research fellow with scholarship at Architecture Built Environment and Construction Engineering Department at Politecnico di Milano. He started cooperating with ABC department in 2011, after some years of experience of Project management mainly in the Sport Sector and manufacturing.

Starting from 2011 he has been intern at DG Territorio (Territorial Planning Unit) at Regione Lombardia, cooperating in drafting the PTRA delle Valli (Strategic Regional Plan of the valley). He has been auditor in 2012 in the project for the assessment of the energy consumption of the asset buildings of Province of Milano (mainly schools).

In 2015-2016 he has been project manager assistant in the project “Determination of the management model of real estate assets according to the Facility Condition Index criteria” for a main international bank in Italy. In 2014-2017 he has been project manager assistant in the project “Brezza sull’Acqua”, a project for designing a sustainable management model for a vast cycle pathway.

In 2014-2017 he cooperated with Assolombarda and Invest in Lombardy for the analysis of the re-use of idle and abandoned industrial areas in Lombardia for manufacturing activities and FDI attraction.

Since 2017 he is working as project manager assistant in the project “Smart Poles” with ASMEL (the consortium for the innovation in the Public administration) providing assistance to 500 municipalities in the purchase of technology for public lighting, designing the best model for financing the purchase and operation&maintenance phase for any municipality. This project delivers a new model for the de-intermediation of public lighting and financing. Part of the winning team “VITAE” for “Reinventing Citites 2019”, author of the monitoring protocol with Fondazione Politecnico di Milano.
